LITERATURE IN ENGLISH CRITICAL APPRECIATIONS

Dr. Gurpreet Kaur is working as an Assistant Professor and Head in the Post Graduate Department of English at Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College, Sri Anandpur Sahib, Punjab. She has been teaching for more than eighteen years, and contributing extensively in the field of Research and Publication. She has to her credit publication of 9 books, 50 papers in international and national journals and books. She has presented papers in more than 55 conferences in India and abroad. She is an active member of the editorial boards of international journals. She has delivered many extension lectures and chaired technical sessions in conferences. Her research interests include English Literature, American Literature, Indian Literature, Communication Skills, Post-colonialism, Literary Journalism, Travel literature, Food Literature, Climate and Petroleum Fiction. She is a research guide and thesis reviewer. She has been conferred with Best Faculty Award 2011, National Pride Teachers' Award 2023, Women of Inspiration Award 2024, Rashtra Ratna Award 2024.
