By using BookStand you agree to run a legitimate bookstore: only list titles you have the right to sell, set honest prices, and deliver digital files you own or license.

Digital purchases grant the buyer a personal download license via a time-limited link. Redistribution of files outside that license is not allowed.

BookStand provides software and delivery infrastructure. Sellers are responsible for tax, consumer rights in their region, and content.

We may suspend stands that spam, infringe copyright, or abuse payment systems.
